BI Analyst
Position Description:

The Report Writer/ BI Analyst works in conjunction with the Technology and Finance teams to develop and support organization-wide reporting. This position is responsible for end-to-end report development including interaction with end users to gather requirements, understanding report objectives, designing and developing reports using the available BI tools at hand and delivering reports to end users (including training end users on report writing).

Responsibilities

Lead the development of business and functional requirements for reports.
Design, develop, test and implement reports as necessary to fulfill business requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert across the organization and assist users with reporting and analysis activities and tools, including ad hoc reporting.
Support user training, testing, documentation, and roll-out of reports and end-user reporting tools.
Maintain effective working relationships with business departments
Maintain knowledge of business processes and application design, and understand cross-functional business relationships and their use of information.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements & Core Competencies

Advanced understanding of relational databases, SQL and advanced querying techniques.
Experience translating business questions / requirements into meaningful reports.
Ability to construct reusable reports based on common reporting requests using available tools.
Ability to initiate and maintain cooperative relationships with co-workers, managers and supervisors, customers/clients, and members of the public.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff and outside vendors.
Take direction, accept constructive criticism and to be diplomatic when reviewing work of others.
Solve problems and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience & Education

3-5 years general relational database and reporting development experience.
3+ years experience with BI (MicroStrategy preferred)/data warehousing reporting analysis, design, testing and administration.
3+ years experience developing Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures, SSRS and using reporting tools such as MicroStrategy (preferred), Business Objects, and/or Cognos for developing reports.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience using modeling techniques as a tool for application design and development.

Senior UX Designer
We are currently seeking a Senior UX Designer to help shape our web and mobile product offerings. The Senior UX Designer will own the user experience vision, strategy, and implementation for Sourcepanel’s digital products, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to create a world-class B2B user experience.

Design Responsibilities

Own the user experience vision, strategy, and implementation for Sourcepanel web and mobile products
Create wireframes and prototypes to support development Sourcepanel’s web and mobile applications
Prototype intermediate- and long-term UX vision concepts
Survey and analyze ongoing trends in web and mobile usability, user interface design, service design, visual design, and human factors
Own and maintain UX specifications and standards across Sourcepanel web and mobile products
Own and maintain a visual style guide of commonly used elements and widgets to facilitate development
Own and maintain user experience and information architecture guidelines for interactive elements and key workflows to facilitate development
Organizational Responsibilities

Champion the human-centered design (HCD) process within Sourcepanel
Work closely with product management to gather and develop product requirements
Lead collaboration between front-end development and product design teams
Research Responsibilities

Drive user research and customer intelligence process
Test design concepts for acceptance and usability with key internal stakeholders and external product users
Establish regular cadence of customer touchpoints, including in-person observations, product-focused phone interviews, surveys, etc.
Requirements

4+ years experience in a user experience, interaction design, visual design, usability role
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop and Illustrator
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript
Experience conducting field and remote ethnographic research and usability testing exercises
Mobile design experience a big plus
Visual design experience a big plus

Business Development Representative
Position Description

The Business Development Representative is an individual contributor role, responsible for prospecting both self-generated and Sourcepanel provided leads. This role is expected to take decision makers of mid-tier accounts through the sales cycle with the goal of generating new business. Success in this position will depend on the individual’s ability to understand the customer’s business, determine what elements of Sourcepanel value proposition are likely to yield the greatest amount of yield to the customer, and to present such in a verbal & written format. High aptitude in enterprise business technologies will greatly aid in successful achievement of goals.

Responsibilities

Develop an in-depth understanding of Sourcepanel’s product and services as well as the corresponding value proposition.

Manage the sales cycle from start to finish with each prospect / opportunity. This includes performing product demos.
Build and progress a robust pipeline consisting of net new opportunities as well as potentially the material expansion of existing accounts/relationships.
Achieve quarterly/annual quota set by management.
Accurately report revenue pipeline and meet projected launch dates.
Perform a timely response to all inbound leads generated and distributed to you. Ensure accurate record keeping within lead management system (Saleforce.com).

Account Manager
Position Description

The Account Manager is a revenue focused position that serves as the primary contact for key clients. In addition to growing revenue within the account, the AM is responsible for customer satisfaction, escalation resolution and SLA compliance.

Position Description

Provider Group Recruiters assess SourcePanel data analytics and recruit service provider groups accordingly.  Provider Group Recruiters also facilitate SourcePanel’s 10-step vetting process.
